The Belarusian Institute for Strategic Studies (BISS) is a platform for dialogue inside the Belarusian analytical community and a bridge between experts, Belarusian society and the international community.
Through research, publications, and development of the Belarusian expert community, BISS aims at generating a new vision for Belarus.
The Institute develops and offers positive alternative scenarios of political, economic, and social transformation of the country, and lays out ways to enhance the competitiveness of Belarus and the welfare of Belarusian citizens. |
